Oberoi Realty Ltd announced on October 10, 2024, that it plans to raise up to ₹6,000 crore by issuing equity shares and other securities.
The board approved this fundraising plan, allowing the company to issue these securities in one or more tranches. The capital could come from private placements, including qualified institutional placements (QIP). Currently, Oberoi Realty's shares closed at ₹1,882.30, gaining 2.61% or ₹47.90 on the BSE.
