OpenWeb’s Founder Refuses to Step Down Despite New CEO Appointment

Nadav Shoval, the founder of tech company OpenWeb, is refusing to step down as CEO after the board appointed Tim Harvey as the new interim CEO.

Shoval claims the company breached his contract and shared his refusal on LinkedIn, stating, "I have not stepped down." He sent an email to staff saying he would not leave his position. Meanwhile, Harvey confirmed the company is proceeding with the leadership transition.
