Orient Technologies' shares soared by 5% to ₹302.4, hitting the upper circuit limit after listing. The IPO was priced between ₹195 and ₹206 per share, and the stock debuted at a 39.8% premium on the NSE.
On the BSE, it gained 40.7%, reaching ₹290. The IPO included a fresh issue of ₹120 crore and an offer-for-sale component worth ₹95 crore. Proceeds from the fresh issue will fund capital expenditure, acquire office space in Navi Mumbai, and cover general corporate expenses.
