Reliance Jio experienced a network outage affecting over 10,000 users in Mumbai Circle, leaving many without signal or internet. While the issue seemed isolated to Mumbai Circle, users in Delhi reported no such problems. The Down Detector website showed that 65% of affected users had no signal, 19% struggled with mobile internet, and 16% faced issues with JioFiber. Some customers also experienced trouble with the MyJio app. Jio later issued a statement confirming the issue was caused by minor technical difficulties, which have since been resolved.
