MapmyIndia CEO Rohan Verma will step down from his role on March 31, 2025, after nearly two decades with the company.
Verma is launching a new B2C business, with MapmyIndia investing INR 10 lakh for a 10% stake and committing INR 35 crore through convertible debentures. He will remain on the board as a non-executive director. Meanwhile, Rakesh Kumar Verma will continue as chairman and managing director. The company also announced investments in SimDaaS (INR 3 crore) and Kaiinos Geo Spatial (INR 2 crore) to expand its offerings.
