Sachin Bansal Looks to Exit $100 Million Stake in Ola Before IPO

Flipkart cofounder Sachin Bansal is in discussions to sell his $100 million stake in Ola, valuing the ride-hailing firm at $4 billion. This marks a premium from his 2019 investment, which valued Ola at $3 billion. The sale would support Bansal’s fintech venture, Navi, which is facing regulatory challenges while raising external capital. Talks involve family offices and private investors, with a focus on valuation before Ola’s expected IPO. Recently, Bansal also exited Ather Energy, selling his stake to Zerodha’s Nikhil Kamath.
