SEBI Employees Plan Protest Over Leadership and Allowances

Around 700 SEBI employees are set to protest on Monday at the SEBI head office in Mumbai, expressing discontent with the leadership and outdated allowances.

The protest, involving Group A, B, and C employees, highlights grievances that have been building for over two years. The employees argue that their allowances haven't been updated like those of RBI officers. Additionally, a new system for setting Key Result Areas (KRAs) has been introduced, with threats of stopping allowances for non-compliance.
