In today's session, the Sensex rose by 300 points, while Nifty 50 reclaimed the 25,000 mark, trading at 25,009. Infosys and Bharti Airtel led the gains, with Divi's Lab up 3.46% on reports of CDMOs shifting from China to India.
LTIMindtree and Infosys also gained 2.8% and 1.55%, respectively. However, life insurance stocks like HDFC Life and SBI Life dropped following negative brokerage calls. Additionally, Gopal Snacks and Bikajo shares surged over 5% after the GST cut on namkeen was announced.
