Shah Rukh Khan Tops India's Celebrity Taxpayer

Shah Rukh Khan has emerged as India's highest tax-paying celebrity in 2024, contributing ₹92 crore. Following closely is actor Vijay, who paid ₹80 crore, and Salman Khan with ₹75 crore.

Notably, Virat Kohli paid ₹66 crore, placing him fifth on the list, behind Amitabh Bachchan's ₹71 crore. Other top celebrities include Ajay Devgn (₹42 crore), MS Dhoni (₹38 crore), and Ranbir Kapoor (₹36 crore). In the top 20, Kareena Kapoor, Kiara Advani, and Katrina Kaif also made significant tax contributions.
