Swiggy IPO may launch for public subscription between November 6 to 8, see other details: Report

Swiggy plans to open its IPO for public subscription from November 6 to 8, with the anchor book set for November 5.

The food delivery giant is aiming for a valuation up to $11.3 billion at the upper end, with a primary issue size of approximately ₹4,500 crore. The IPO will feature a fresh issue of ₹3,750 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of over 182 million shares, pushing the total IPO size to around ₹11,700–₹11,800 crore.
