Swiggy Uncovers ₹33 Crore Fraud by Former Employee, Raises Governance Concerns

Swiggy, preparing for its IPO, revealed that a former junior employee embezzled over ₹33 crore from one of its subsidiaries. The company launched an investigation with an external team and has filed a legal complaint, though the employee's name remains undisclosed.

This revelation has raised questions about corporate governance at the company.
