Tata Consumer Products Ltd (TCPL) has completed the merger of its three wholly owned subsidiaries Tata Consumer Soulfull Pvt Ltd, NourishCo Beverages Ltd, and Tata SmartFoodz Ltd after receiving approval from NCLT and other regulatory bodies. This move aligns with TCPL's strategy to simplify its business structure and enhance efficiencies.
Despite the merger, the operating structure for these units remains unchanged, focusing on millet-based, ready-to-drink, and ready-to-eat products. With a consolidated turnover of ₹15,206 crore, TCPL's diverse portfolio includes well-known brands like Tata Tea, Tetley, and Himalayan Water.
