The Health Factory Raises $3.5M to Expand Healthy Bread Offerings

The Health Factory, a health-focused bread brand, has secured $3.5 million in seed funding led by Peak XV's Surge program.

The funds will boost product development, R&D, and retail expansion in tier-1 and tier-2 cities. The company, founded in 2018 by Vinay Maheshwari and Mohit Sankhala, produces protein bread, vegan bread, and zero maida options, free from chemicals and preservatives. Available on platforms like Zepto and Swiggy Instamart, The Health Factory's sales have surged 65 times in the last 24 months.
