In a significant revelation, North Korea and its hacker group Lazarus have been officially blamed for the $235 million hack of WazirX, India's largest crypto exchange.
The breach, which occurred in July 2024, led to a 45% loss of WazirX's crypto assets due to a security flaw in a multisig wallet. In December, India's Wholesale Price Index (WPI) inflation rose to 2.37% year-on-year, up from 1.89% in November.
