Ullu, Indian OTT Platform, Files for IPO: Aims to Raise Funds

Ullu, a homegrown OTT platform, has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the BSE SME for its upcoming initial public offering (IPO). The company plans to raise funds by issuing up to 62,62,800 equity shares, aiming to secure around Rs 135-150 crore. With a focus on content production, acquisition of international shows, and enhancing infrastructure, Ullu intends to utilize the IPO proceeds. Founder Vibhu Agarwal holds 61.75% shares, with Megha Aggarwal owning 33.25%, and Zenith Multi Trading DMCC with a 5% stake.
