Air India has assured Vistara passengers that their premium in-flight experience will remain intact after the two airlines merge on November 12.
Post-merger, Vistara flights will operate under Air India’s brand with a new four-digit code starting with ‘2’. Air India has taken steps to support Vistara passengers, setting up help desks and assistance kiosks at major airports. Over 4.5 million Club Vistara loyalty members are being transferred to Air India’s Maharaja Club, with Singapore Airlines gaining a 25.1% stake in Air India as part of this integration.
